Have you recently reviewed the 408(b)(2) fee disclosure of your retirement plan?
One of the important roles of a plan fiduciary is to identify all of the fees associated with their retirement plan and ensure that the fees are competitive for the level of service that is being provided. Although the fees are required to be clearly defined on the 408(b)(2) fee disclosure form, all too often, they are difficult to interpret and unfortunately in some cases, are not accurate.
Enza educates committee members on how to evaluate the fee disclosure form and periodically benchmarks the fees utilizing survey data and quotes from other providers. This documentation is then incorporated into the meeting minutes and the fiduciary file.
Our knowledgeable team can guide you through these hurdles.
