DOL Confirms New Fiduciary Rule Release Date in Updated Agenda

As co-fiduciary of our client’s retirement plans, Enza closely monitors the impact of changing rules and advises our investment committees on how to comply. The title of the proposed DOL rule making has been changed from “Definition of the Term Fiduciary” to “Conflict of Interest in Investment Advice” There are several additional retirement items that have been identified as priorities, several of which include Secure 2.0 provisions. We will keep you updated as developments occur.
