Jessica’s Healthy Recipe:

Cucumber Cottage Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium size cucumber
  • 2 slices of bread of your choice
  • 1 serving of cottage cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  • Spoon your cottage cheese onto your slices of bread
  • Slice up your cucumber and place on your bread
  • Season with salt and pepper or any seasoning of choice
  • Enjoy!
