Jessica’s Healthy Recipe:
Cucumber Cottage Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 medium size cucumber
- 2 slices of bread of your choice
- 1 serving of cottage cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Spoon your cottage cheese onto your slices of bread
- Slice up your cucumber and place on your bread
- Season with salt and pepper or any seasoning of choice
- Enjoy!
